Our deliveries are fulfilled by our partner company, APC. Once an order has been accepted and processed, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to use the APC Pinpoint system to track your parcel online.
What happens if no one is available to take delivery?
Personal/Domestic Address: A card will be left and an automatic email sent to you which will allow you to either easily re-arrange delivery and/or stipulate a special place for it to be left. Alternatively you can arrange to pick up from your local depot.
Business Address: A card will be left at premises and delivery will be attempted again on the next working day.
All orders over £100 will be free of delivery charge. All orders up to £100 will be subject to our standard £6.99 delivery charge.
In normal circumstances, all orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days from placement of order. All orders processed after 12pm noon will be processed the next working day (where working days are Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays).
We will make every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered as soon as possible, however, we will not accept liability for any loss or damages suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In the case of any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
UK Overseas and Highlands Deliveries (not including Channel Islands)
All UK deliveries to islands and highlands, including Northern Ireland, will incur an additional delivery charge of £10.
International Deliveries (including Channel Islands)

Any orders placed requiring international delivery will not be despatched until delivery details have been accepted and delivery payments received.
